You can apply for Schengen visa, stay in Norway for 90 days or less, or for a Residence Permit, you can apply at Norwegian Visa Application Centre.
Visa applicants who wish to apply for a Schengen and Resident Permits & Entry visas requested to fill in the application form online using the secure Application Portal before submitting their supporting documents at the Norwegian Visa Application Centre. If you reside in Ukraine but are a citizen of another country, you must in general have had a work or residence permit in Ukraine for the past six months before you submit the application.
Those who register their applications online using the Application Portal prior to showing up at the Norwegian Visa Application Centre should pay the handling fee online using a credit/debit card (MasterCard or Visa).It is also possible for the sponsor in Norway to complete all, or part of the online process for the applicant (e.g. log on and pay the application fee).
Applicants, who have not registered their applications online prior to showing up at the Norwegian Visa Application Centre, may register their applications online at the Visa Application Centre using designated kiosks. Please make sure you have relevant information to register yourself online. All applications for residence permits will be forwarded by the Embassy in Kiev to the Directorate of Immigration (UDI) in Norway for consideration. The applicant has to stay in Ukraine until the permit has been granted by UDI.

Submission Officer will advise you on total payable amount for VFS service and Optional fee and guide you to the bank cashier where you need to pay in local currency (Hryvnia). Receipt will be provided for all payments made at the Centre.
